Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls function across diverse infrastructure projects. You will manage time, cost, risk and quality targets, and drive reporting and governance to senior leadership.

The role offers flexible and hybrid working options, with opportunities to shape processes and improve maturity across project controls functions. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience leading project controls in large infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedule, cost and risk management practices.
• Ability to supervise schedule, cost, risk, reporting and change management activities.
• Experience in leading a project controls team and delivering results in a large project environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor PMB; collate KPIs and progress data for reporting to senior leaders.
• Develop and implement performance measurement systems (e.g., EVM) and integrate into reporting.
• Lead change control processes and facilitate change forums with approvals.
• Coordinate contributors for change impact assessments and support best-for-program decisions.
• Lead and ensure quality of monthly reporting packs and management presentations.
