Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join our Project Controls team on major infrastructure programmes. This role offers exposure to complex projects and a path to grow your expertise in reporting, cost management, scheduling and governance.

You will work with project managers, planners and commercial teams to produce dashboards, track budgets, monitor milestones and provide insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project controls or PMO is a plus.
• Willingness to develop within Project Controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of project reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Assist with cost tracking, forecasting and budget monitoring.
• Help maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Support risk and opportunity management processes, including maintaining risk registers.
• Assist with change control processes and project documentation.
• Analyse project data and provide insights to support decision‑making.
• Support monthly reporting and governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records and data within project systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, planners, commercial teams and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digital solutions.
