AtkinsRéalis in the UK seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to oversee PMB, KPIs and EV/EVMS reporting across complex infrastructure projects. You will drive change control, lead change forums, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, accurate monthly management packs.

The role emphasizes governance, data integration and continuous maturity of project controls. You will mentor a Project Controls team, align with planning, cost and risk functions, and support senior decision

Qualifications

Experience in establishing and monitoring PMB and KPIs.
Familiarity with earned value management and change control.

Responsibilities

Establish, monitor and manage the PMB and KPI data for time, cost, risk, change and quality.
Develop and implement performance measurement systems (EV) and integrate into reporting.
Lead change control processes and facilitate change forums.
Coordinate contributors for change impact assessments and support programme decisions.
Lead monthly reporting, ensuring data quality for the management pack.
Integrate schedule, cost, scope, quality, change and risk data for project health view.
Support planning, cost management and risk functions; deputise for the Project Controls lead.
Provide specialist advice to resolve delays and challenges; drive maturity improvements.
Set objectives and review performance of the Project Controls team.
