Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Manchester seeks a Project Controls Reporting & Digital Manager or Senior Manager to lead digital reporting, automation and AI-enabled solutions across client projects, while developing internal tools, standards and processes to advance project controls capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Controls within infrastructure, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience on complex infrastructure projects (transport, energy, defence, water).
• Advanced Power BI skills, data modelling and optimisation.
• Experience delivering automation and AI-enabled digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and visual reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital reporting, dashboards, automation and AI-enabled solutions on client projects.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for cost, forecast, performance reporting.
• Embed automation and AI to improve reporting efficiency and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities to standardise reporting frameworks and tools.
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with planners and cost managers.
