Job summary

Sweco in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead on Water AMP8 projects across designated Anglian Water areas. The role requires delivering a capital investment programme with a three days-per-week office or site presence.

You will own end-to-end delivery from inception through design and construction to handover, while fostering a people-centric culture and driving sustainability, digital enablement, and value delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in programme management within large infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing large programmes of work, c£70-90m a year.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Passion for driving sustainable, measurable change.
• Tier 1 contracting experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to develop compelling business cases and track delivery of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery from inception to handover of assets.
• Ensure compliant performance across projects and portfolio.
• Manage commercial and financial performance including budgets and forecasts.
• Drive carbon reduction and sustainability improvements across the programme.
• Develop relationships with Anglian Water, alliance partners and supply chain.
• Direct the Infrastructure Management team to be digitally enabled and customer-focused.
