Job summary

Sweco UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Anglian Water @one Alliance to lead project teams, ensure safe, on-time delivery and compliance with commercial and regulatory expectations. You will drive efficiency, manage risks and coordinate with stakeholders across AMP8 initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the water industry with health & safety and CDM knowledge.
• IOSH qualification and NEC Option C experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing project teams of engineers and commercial staff.
• Ensure CDM compliance, audits and zero-harm practices.
• Translate strategy into actionable outcomes and allocate resources.
• Manage projects from inception to handover, address challenges.
• Oversee cost and resource forecasts, mitigate risks and escalate issues.
• Ensure safe, viable solutions that deliver value.
• Maintain milestones and deliver key outputs like Project Rehearsal.
• Drive collaboration across the @one Alliance and partners.
