Job summary

Sweco is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead water project portfolios within the @one Alliance. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from inception to handover, ensure strong governance, and drive a culture that motivates teams to achieve ambitious targets.

The role requires collaboration with alliance partners and the client to deliver sustainable outcomes. You will manage complex programmes (£70-90m/year) with a focus on governance, financial performance, and benefits tracking, while

Qualifications

• Proven track record in programme management within large infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing large programmes of work totalling £70-90m a year.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership experience and stakeholder influence.
• Passion for driving sustainable, measurable change.
• Tier 1 contracting experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to develop compelling business cases and track delivery of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery from inception through design, construction and handover of assets.
• Drive a culture of capability, accountability and sustainable delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Anglian Water, alliance partners and supply chain.
• Manage and govern the Infrastructure Management team to be digitally enabled and sector-leading.
