Job summary

Sweco UK Ltd in the Anglian Water @one Alliance is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major water projects (£30m+), building and delivering complex schemes across the AMP8 programme. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams and ensure delivery to safety, quality, time and budget.

You will work with clients, contractors and internal functions to balance priorities, maintain governance, and drive continuous improvement. Strong leadership and NEC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale water/utility projects (£30m+).
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with NEC Option C contracts and commercial frameworks.
• Proven leadership and team development in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams delivering major water schemes (£30m+).
• Ensure safety, timely delivery, and quality in line with legislation and governance.
• Own major projects through full lifecycle from scoping to handover.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Planning to forecast costs and resources.
• Review proposed solutions for safety, viability, and fit for purpose.
• Drive delivery milestones and promote knowledge sharing across alliance.
