Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager to lead complex capital programmes across sectors such as real estate and infrastructure. You will drive delivery through multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and wider business goals.

You will guide governance, risk management and reporting while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable benefits for clients and the business.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑performing real estate programme environment.
• Proven experience in programme management with demonstrable benefits/outcomes for clients.
• Good command of MSP/PMI and disciplined governance practices.
• Project delivery background within construction environments.
• Understanding of procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT).
• Understanding of project controls methodologies including schedule, cost, risk management at programme level.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Good stakeholder engagement and communication, with third parties.
• Knowledge of health and safety activities and CDM legislation.
• Commitment to high performance and professional growth of teams.
• Proficiency in Office and digital tools, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of small to large transformation/real estate programmes.
• Establish governance frameworks for management and control.
• Engage stakeholders with a clear communications plan and professional reports.
• Oversee financial processes and reporting for the programme.
• Identify risks and integrate safeguards including health and safety.
• Manage programme logs, reporting, data quality and secretariat duties.
• Foster a collaborative culture and develop internal and client teams.
