Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Head of Programmes to lead a portfolio of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while communicating with internal teams, stakeholders and third-party partners.

You will bring a strong project management background, excellent organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, technically focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of proven experience in project or programme management.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned to business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers for delivery.
• Manage day-to-day activities, identify risks and apply mitigations.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor project teams through the lifecycle.
