Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects and programmes within a large national organisation in the UK.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will oversee a team of IT Project Managers, govern delivery, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and driving technology-enabled change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of IT projects and programmes.
• End-to-end leadership experience managing project managers.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering complex technology change initiatives.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or equivalent.

A large, nationally recognised organisation is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of technology projects and programmes.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will oversee a team of project professionals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard. With responsibility for a project portfolio valued at approximately £5m, this is a key leadership role driving technology-enabled change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and reporting.
