Job summary

Trusted Technology Partnership is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee IT programme delivery from initiation to close, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will lead a team of Project Managers and collaborate closely with customers to tailor solutions that meet their needs.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Recognised programme or project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, PMP or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and quality in programme documentation and delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of IT programmes and projects on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Lead a team of Project Managers and work with customers to design and deliver tailored projects.
• Ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction across portfolios.
