Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to take full ownership of complex customer programmes from sales handover through to programme closure.

You will lead an Integrated Project Team (IPT), coordinating across engineering development, certification, production and customer-specific design activities to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant programme management experience in engineering.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of programmes from sales handover through to programme closure.
• Maintain responsibility for delivery: schedule, cost, quality and weight targets.
• Develop and manage integrated programme plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs and coordinate with customers, OEMs and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, changes and budget, ensuring governance is followed.
