Job summary

Our Future Health is seeking a Lead Technology Programme Manager to own large cross-cutting technology programmes and align multi-team delivery with executive priorities in a fast-moving health tech environment.

You will coordinate engineering, architecture, security and product teams, manage dependencies and risks, and provide clear governance and updates to CTO, Technology Directors and the board. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

Experience leading large, complex technology programmes with multiple teams.
Ability to balance strategy with delivery excellence and governance.
Comfortable in agile environments with milestone-based planning and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead major cross-functional technology programmes with clear objectives, plans, milestones and success measures.
Coordinate delivery across engineering, architecture, security, product and operations teams to align priorities.
Identify capacity constraints and trade-offs, enabling informed executive decisions.
Maintain an integrated view of progress, risks, dependencies and decisions for stakeholders.
Resolve blockers by bringing the right people together across organisational boundaries.
Develop credible plans and cadence to keep momentum on security, regulatory or compliance timelines.
