Job summary

83zero Ltd in Leatherhead/London is hiring a senior B2B product manager to take new pharma products from idea to revenue. You will own the product line, work with engineers and data science, and collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliant, market-ready offerings for enterprise customers.

You will lead ideation, validation, pricing, packaging and sales enablement, turning pilots into repeatable, priced products that pharma companies renew.

Qualifications

• Senior B2B product management experience, including at least one new product you took from zero to one and commercialised: priced, sold and adopted by enterprise customers.
• Experience selling into enterprise buyers with complex, multi-stakeholder procurement, and joining sales conversations to shape the deal.
• A track record of working backwards from customer problems, using continuous discovery and evidence to decide what to build.
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy domain, such as healthcare, life sciences, financial services or legal, and designing for compliance from day one.
• A strong commercial grasp: pricing and packaging, business cases, retention and cost to serve.
• Clear writing and compelling storytelling, including with senior customers and at external events.
• Rigour in delivery: scope, dependencies, risks and committed dates, with launches that are ready to sell and support.

Responsibilities

• Take new pharma products from idea to revenue, owning proposition, pricing and packaging.
• Lead cross-functional work with engineers, data science, design, marketing and key accounts.
• Capture outcomes with weekly progress reporting and measurable adoption targets.
• Shape the platform’s trust by designing for regulatory and content integrity from day one.
• Build repeatable ideation and validation pipelines with real customers to decide on investment.
