Job summary

83zero Ltd in Leatherhead and London is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the growth of a healthcare professionals platform. You will focus on turning logged-in users into a regular habit, with dedicated engineers and close partnership with data science, product marketing, and design.

In your first 12–18 months you will grow recurring monthly HCPs, redesign registration and SSO to reduce friction, build HCP personas from data, define the value exchange, and run a high-tempo experimentation

Qualifications

• Senior growth product management experience in a large-audience product (eCommerce/ subscription/ marketplace) with a track record of activation/retention metrics.
• Experience running a structured experimentation programme with sound test design and good judgment.
• Strong analytics fluency: funnels, cohorts, retention curves and ability to self-serve analyses with data scientists.

Responsibilities

• Grow recurring monthly logged-in HCPs against targets.
• Redesign registration, authentication and single sign-on to reduce first-login friction.
• Build HCP personas from data and research to target clinical jobs.
• Define the value exchange and build content/features that drive logins.
• Run a high-tempo experimentation programme across onboarding and lifecycle.
• Set and hit activation, retention and recurring login targets and report progress weekly.
