Rosemontpharma is seeking a UK-based Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from pre-launch to post-launch activities. You will develop marketing plans, set KPIs, and deliver launches using structured tools and dashboards.

In this role you will drive portfolio growth through omni-channel campaigns, digital materials, events and media while ensuring compliance with ABPI, GDPR and internal standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven UK Pharmaceutical Product Manager experience.
• ABPI knowledge is essential.
• Track record of successful UK product launches.
• Strong commercial/analytical mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all aspects of the product lifecycle across pre-launch, launch and post-launch.
• Develop, implement and monitor product marketing plans with KPIs.
• Deliver successful launches using structured planning tools and dashboards.
• Drive portfolio growth via campaigns, materials, digital, events and media.
• Create value propositions and budget impact models for market access.
• Manage product content across Rosemont’s digital platforms with compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide training and marketing support.
• Engage senior stakeholders for alignment and buy-in.
• Manage external agencies for creative, media and PR outputs.
• Ensure ABPI, GDPR and internal compliance standards.
• Conduct market research on NHS trends and competitive activity.
• Support quality objectives and Rosemont’s Quality Management System.
