Job summary

the company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and own its Platform. You will drive end-to-end product development, from identifying critical problems to delivering measurable impact and adoption, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

You will work autonomously across customers, market and internal teams, making decisions when paths forward aren’t obvious and aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and priorities, aligning goals, stakeholder needs, customer insight, market context, data, and technical considerations.
• Define problems and experiences before solutions with clear stories and journeys for Design and Engineering teams.
• Lead product initiatives end-to-end from discovery through delivery, rollout, and iteration with engineering collaboration.
• Make sound product decisions and trade-offs balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
• Develop opportunities with external partners, shaping integrations and roadmaps for market introduction.
• Orchestrate launches and adoption across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and more.
• Communicate decisions, progress, risks and results clearly to leadership and teams.
