Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications for a core B2B SaaS platform. You will guide the work from ideation to launch, shaping the roadmap with engineering and design to deliver outcomes that clients find useful.

The role is hands-on and strategic, reporting to the Head of Product. You will focus on outcomes over outputs, prioritise the backlog and drive continuous UX improvements to meet market demands.

Qualifications

• Experience taking web and mobile SaaS products from concept to launch.
• Ability to translate client workflows into clear requirements and user stories.
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and vision for web and mobile products, aligned with company goals.
• Lead discovery through user research and market assessment to surface pain points.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on value, feasibility and user needs.
• Drive conception and development of new web and mobile features delivering client value.
• Champion iterative improvements to UX/UI and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep goals, scope and requirements aligned.
• Develop deep understanding of client workflows and feedback to inform roadmap.
• Monitor product performance and adoption to shape future work.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews.
