Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications for a core B2B SaaS platform. You will work across the full product lifecycle, shaping the roadmap and delivering features that clients find useful.

The role blends strategy and hands-on execution, requires user-centric thinking and collaboration with engineering and design to launch SaaS products that drive client value.

Qualifications

• Curious and empathetic; able to understand client business and needs.
• Experience taking web and mobile apps from concept to launch in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of product discovery, requirements gathering, UX/UI principles and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and vision - define strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products.
• Discovery and scoping - lead product discovery through user research and market analysis; surface pain points.
• Delivery and product ownership - manage backlog and work with engineering/design to launch.
• New products and features - conceive and develop new web/mobile products meeting market demand.
• Continuous improvement - iterate on existing functionality and UX/UI refinements.
• Cross-functional collaboration - work with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Stakeholder communication - align internal and external stakeholders on goals and scope.
• User understanding - learn client workflows and feedback to inform product.
• Performance monitoring - track adoption and engagement; shape future work.
• Agile facilitation - participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retros.
