Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications for a core B2B SaaS platform. You will shape the roadmap, prioritize features and collaborate with engineering and design to ship outcomes that clients actually find useful.

Qualifications

• Experience taking web and mobile applications from concept to launch in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of product discovery, requirements gathering, UX/UI principles and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and vision - Define the strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products, aligned with company goals and market direction.
• Discovery and scoping - Lead product discovery through user research and market assessment to surface pain points and opportunities, translate into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Delivery and product ownership - Own and prioritise the product backlog, work with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• New products and features - Drive conception and development of new web and mobile products meeting market demand and client value.
• Continuous improvement - Iterate on existing functionality, UX/UI refinements to raise the user experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing for smooth execution.
• Stakeholder communication - Align goals and requirements across technical and business stakeholders.
• User understanding - Build deep knowledge of client workflows and feedback to inform product decisions.
• Performance monitoring - Track product performance and user engagement to shape next steps.
• Agile facilitation - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
