Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery for our web and mobile applications. You will influence the roadmap and work closely with engineering and design to ship outcomes that clients find valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering web and mobile apps in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and product ownership.
• Excellent communication and project leadership in fast-moving settings.
• Analytical thinker who solves problems and cares about user value.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products.
• Lead discovery through user research and market assessment to surface pain points and opportunities.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on value and feasibility, from concept to launch.
• Drive the conception and delivery of new web and mobile features to meet market demand.
• Improve existing functionality and UX/UI to raise the user experience bar.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing for smooth execution.
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep goals, scope and requirements aligned.
• Develop deep understanding of client workflows and processes to feed product decisions.
• Monitor product performance, adoption and feedback to shape future plans.
• Support Agile practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
