Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the discovery, scoping and delivery of web and mobile applications for our core B2B SaaS platform. You'll work across the full product lifecycle on our core B2B SaaS platform, deciding which problems are worth solving and shipping products that clients actually find useful.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering web and mobile applications in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of user experience and outcomes-focused delivery.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and vision - define long-term strategy for web and mobile products.
• Discovery and scoping - conduct user research and market analysis to surface pain points.
• Delivery and product ownership - manage backlog with value-based prioritisation.
• New products and features - conceive and develop new offerings meeting market demand.
• Continuous improvement - iterate on functionality and UX/UI to raise experience quality.
• Cross-functional collaboration - work with engineering, design, QA, success, sales and marketing.
• Stakeholder communication - align goals and requirements with tech and business teams.
• User understanding - learn client workflows to feed product decisions.
• Performance monitoring - track adoption and engagement to shape next releases.
• Agile facilitation - participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retros.
