Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery of web and mobile applications for a core B2B SaaS platform. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, translating client needs into outcomes and shipping features that users actually value.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, collaborating with engineering and design to prioritise backlogs, define requirements, and measure performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering web and mobile products in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to define discovery, scoping and delivery across the product lifecycle.
• Strong communication, collaboration and user-focused design sense.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and vision aligned with company goals and market direction.
• Lead product discovery through user research, competitive analysis and market assessment.
• Translate findings into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on value and feasibility.
• Drive new web and mobile products and features meeting market demand.
• Continuously improve functionality and UX/UI.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Serve as the link between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Develop deep understanding of client workflows and pains.
• Monitor product performance and feedback to shape next steps.
