Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications within a growing B2B SaaS platform. You will work across the full product lifecycle on our core platform, deciding which problems are worth solving and shipping products that clients actually find useful.

Qualifications

• Experience taking web and mobile applications from concept to launch in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in a product role focused on web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of product discovery, requirements gathering, UX/UI principles and product ownership.
• Strong communication and project leadership in fast-moving teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products, aligned with company goals and market direction.
• Lead product discovery through user research, competitive analysis and market assessment to surface pain points and opportunities.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility and customer need, collaborating with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• Drive the conception and development of new web and mobile products and features to meet real market demand and client value.
• Champion iterative improvements to existing functionality and UX/UI refinements to raise the user experience.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing to ensure smooth execution and adoption.
• Act as the link between technical teams and internal/external stakeholders to align goals, scope and requirements.
• Develop deep understanding of client workflows and feedback to inform product decisions.
• Track and report on product performance, adoption and client feedback to shape next steps.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
