Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products.
• Lead discovery through user research and market assessment; surface pain points.
• Own and prioritise the backlog based on value, feasibility and need.
• Drive conception and development of new web/mobile products meeting market demand.
• Champion UX/UI refinements to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align goals, scope and requirements.
• Build deep understanding of client workflows and processes.
• Track product performance and feedback to shape next steps.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
