Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Messenger channel and shape the future of AI-powered customer engagement. You will guide a world-class team of engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver products touching millions daily.

You will leverage AI to accelerate development, own the roadmap, and collaborate across teams to ensure GTM success while delivering high-quality software that scales across channels and customers.

Qualifications

• No minimum years of experience; focus on impact, drive and potential.
• Ability to frame complex customer problems using data and qualitative inputs.
• Experience shaping product roadmaps and communicating them to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the Product Manager for the Messenger channel.
• Understand customer problems via research, data and direct interactions; frame problems clearly.
• Manage the roadmap: define what should be built, when and why, and align with the team.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to build and ship solutions, from bold visions to small iterations.
• Leverage AI to increase efficiency and impact of the team.
• Evaluate impact with quantitative and qualitative measures post-release.
• Own and maintain quality across releases and ensure world-class software.
• Collaborate across business units to ensure clear GTM strategy and execution.
• Lead by example, modeling company values and R&D principles.
