Fin, part of Salesforce, is building AI Product Management to shape the future of Fin's AI platform and AI agent. You will lead key AI surfaces, collaborate with ML scientists and engineers, and drive high-impact product experiences from exploration to production.

You will learn the space, translate customer needs into a compelling roadmap, and work with marketing, support, and operations to maximize adoption and value across the Fin platform.

Formación

• Experience with AI/ML products and platforms.
• Strong product judgment balancing user needs and tech.
• Ability to translate customer insights into roadmap.

Responsabilidades

• Own a major area of Fin's AI platform and set its vision.
• Understand customers, business needs, and technology to inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate daily with ML scientists, engineers, and designers.
• Ship AI features from exploration to production launches.
• Define success metrics and iterate on experiences.
• Partner with GTM, marketing, and support to drive adoption.
