Job summary

Salesforce's Fin AI Group is hiring Staff Product Engineers to build Fin's AI-powered products. You will work primarily in our ML Python stack, with occasional Rails contributions, collaborating with ML scientists and product teams to ship production-ready features.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience shipping high-quality products.
• No ML experience required; strong software engineering skills are sufficient.
• Demonstrated impact in past work.
• Strong technical fundamentals; willing to learn ML.
• Proficiency in Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
• BSc in Computer Science, Maths or Statistics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build systems powering Fin's flagship AI products.
• Collaborate with ML scientists to productionize code.
• Partner with product teams to shape AI-powered experiences.
• Contribute to ideation, prototyping, testing and implementation.
• Mentor and develop other engineers.
• Raise technical standards and reliability across the group.
