Job summary

Salesforce, in partnership with Fin, is seeking Senior Product Engineers to join the AI Group and build Fin's AI-powered products. You’ll work closely with ML Scientists and product teams to rapidly prototype and productionize features, with a strong emphasis on scalable, robust software in Python and Rails.

You should have 5+ years shipping quality software, a solid foundation in programming, and a readiness to learn ML concepts on the job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality software products.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and willingness to learn ML on the job.
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience collaborating with ML scientists and product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build systems powering Fin’s AI products, primarily in ML Python stack and Rails.
• Collaborate with ML scientists to move proof-of-concept code to production.
• Partner with product teams to shape the AI-powered product experience for customers.
• Contribute to all phases of software development from ideation to testing.
• Mentor and develop other engineers; raise technical standards and reliability.
