Senior Product Engineer — AI SaaS Platform

Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring a product engineer to solve real customer problems by applying technical knowledge to both back-end and front-end systems. You will work in multidisciplinary teams with designers, PMs, researchers, and data analysts to scale our SaaS platform.

You’ll contribute to architecture, write code across AWS-based infrastructure, and deploy changes on production. Mentoring peers and driving end-to-end value are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering, preferably SaaS.
• Proficiency in at least one high-level language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript) or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and delivering customer value.
• Experience with distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical plans and contribute to architecture as we scale.
• Write code that integrates AWS, infrastructure, platform and SaaS technologies.
• Ship production deployments on day one and continuously deliver features.
• Work with AI-powered developer tools to reduce friction and solve problems.
• Mentor engineers and help interview candidates.
