Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking Senior Product Engineers to join the AI Group and build Fin's AI-powered products. You’ll work closely with ML Scientists and product teams to move ideas from concept to production, primarily using our ML Python stack and Rails app.

We value strong fundamentals, willingness to learn ML, and the ability to ship impactful features. The role offers a hybrid work model in a collaborative, product-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping high-quality products.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals; eager to learn ML.
• Proficient in at least one high-level language (Ruby/Python/JS).

Responsibilities

• Build Fin's AI flagship products, primarily in the ML Python stack and Rails app.
• Collaborate with ML Scientists to bring proofs-of-concept to production.
• Partner with product teams to shape the AI-powered product experience for customers.
• Contribute to all phases of software development: ideation, prototyping, testing.
• Mentor and contribute to hiring and career development of engineers.
• Raise standards for performance, reliability, and operational excellence within the group.

BSc in Computer Science, Maths or Statistics
