Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst on a fixed-term contract within our Customer Product Analytics team in London. You will transform data into insights that enhance the customer journey on our website and app, collaborating with product managers, UX, and data scientists.

You will own analyses of user behavior, run experiments, monitor KPIs, and communicate findings to help shape product decisions across our global platform.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, E-Commerce Analyst, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Google BigQuery (Redshift) and Tableau (Looker).
• Strong understanding of user behavior data collection & processing across various analytics tools (e.g., Snowplow, Google Analytics).
• Experience troubleshooting event tracking implementations using user behavior analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing & experimentation to inform product decisions.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective collaboration skills with product, engineering, and UX stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and a passion for knowledge sharing in a team environment.
• Some exposure to Airflow, GitHub, and Jira in a collaborative environment (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python is a plus but not essential.

• Provide performance insights and monitor KPIs for Product Manager.
• Quantify user behavior and journeys to guide design.
• Serve as the first contact for behavioral analysis with analytics tools.
• Collaborate with PMs, UX, and business to assess opportunities and prioritize changes.
• Support data infrastructure guidelines within Customer Data & Analytics team.
• Identify growth opportunities and run experiments to boost engagement and retention.
• Explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders and mentor teammates.
