Just Eat Takeaway.com in London is seeking a Product Analyst on a fixed-term contract to join the Customer Product Analytics team, driving data-driven insights and optimising the customer journey across web and app.

You will work with product managers, UX, and data scientists to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that shape the global user experience, with a focus on growth, engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product/Web/E-Commerce Analyst or similar.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills across analytics tools.
• Knowledge of user behavior data collection and processing.
• Experience with A/B testing to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand user navigation to identify pain points and design solutions.
• Provide KPI insights and communicate findings to the Product Manager.
• Quantify user behavior and journeys to guide product design.
• Be the first contact for behavioral analytics using GA, Snowplow, BigQuery.
• Collaborate with product, UX and business to prioritise high-impact work.
• Support alignment of data infrastructure within Customer data & analytics.
• Identify growth opportunities and run experiments to optimise engagement.
• Explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders for data-driven decisions.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across the team.
