Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in London is seeking a Product Analyst on a Fixed-Term contract to enhance the customer journey across our website and app. You will deliver data-driven insights and help optimise the product experience, working with product managers, UX teams and data scientists to translate data into actionable decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise high-impact tasks, be the first point of contact for behavioural analysis, and contribute to our data infrastructure

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, E-Commerce Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Google BigQuery, Tableau/Looker.
• Strong understanding of user behaviour data collection & processing across analytics tools.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Snowplow, Google Analytics) and event tracking troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing & experimentation.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to collaborate with product, engineering and UX stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and knowledge sharing in a team environment.
• Exposure to Airflow, GitHub, and Jira (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven insights to understand user navigation, identify pain points, and propose solutions.
• Build quantitative understanding of user journeys to guide product design.
• Be the first contact for behavioural analysis using common analytics tools.
• Assess opportunities with product managers and UX teams, prioritising high-impact tasks.
• Support data infrastructure alignment within the Customer data & analytics team.
• Identify growth opportunities and run experiments to optimise engagement and retention.
• Explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders to aid decision-making.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge to grow the analytics capability.
