Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in London is seeking a Product Analyst on a Fixed-Term contract to help enhance the customer journey across our website and app, translating data into insights and guiding product decisions.

You will work with product managers, UX and data scientists, use SQL and analytics tools to understand user behaviour, monitor KPIs, and identify growth opportunities that improve engagement and retention for a global user base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Deep understanding of user behaviour data collection across analytics tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience working with product, UX, and data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable insights to shape product experience.

• Monitor KPIs and provide performance insights to leadership.
