Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, E-Commerce Analyst or similar.
• Experience in data-driven decision making and translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Using data-driven insights to understand how users navigate platform, identify pain points, and provide performance insights.
• Builds a quantitative understanding of user journeys to guide product design.
• Be the first point of contact for behavioural analysis using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX teams and data scientists to assess opportunities.
• Align with data infrastructure guidelines within the Customer data & analytics team.
• Identify growth opportunities and run experiments to optimise product experiences.
• Explain complex technical topics clearly to stakeholders to support decisions.
• Mentor and share knowledge with the wider team.
