Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst on a fixed-term contract in their London tech hub. You will enhance the customer journey by delivering data-driven insights and optimising the product experience across web and mobile platforms.

Participants will translate complex data into actionable insights, collaborating with product managers, UX teams, and data scientists to shape the global user experience.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of user behaviour data collection across analytics tools
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
• Ability to translate data into insights for stakeholders
• Exposure to Airflow, GitHub, Jira preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of programming languages – e.g. R, Python is a plus

• Use data-driven insights to understand user navigation and KPIs
• Build quantitative understanding of users and journeys to guide product design
• Be the first contact for behavioural analysis using analytics tools
• Collaborate with product managers, UX, and business to assess opportunities
• Support data infrastructure alignment within the Customer data & analytics team
• Identify growth opportunities and run experiments to improve engagement
• Explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders to support decisions
• Mentor others and share knowledge within the team
