Job summary

Front Range Community College is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead the College's BPMO, drive process improvement, and advance automation across campuses. You will partner with leadership, faculty, staff, and IT to identify opportunities, analyze processes, and implement sustainable solutions that improve service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

This role requires on-campus presence with occasional remote work (up to two days a week) and travel to all three FRCC campuses as

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Three years of professional experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related areas.
Experience facilitating cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Prior supervisory or lead experience in technical/development staff.
Experience documenting and analyzing business processes.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for the College's Process Improvement team and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Develop strategic priorities for process improvement, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.
Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
Lead BPMO governance, change management, and project teams across the college.
Collaborate with IT to translate requirements into automation and technology solutions.
Establish dashboards and reports to demonstrate improvement ROI.
Coach departments on workflow design and process improvement.
