Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives across a Finance Shared Services function. You will drive change programs that improve efficiency, service performance, and financial processes.

The role requires proven ability to manage complex change in finance environments, stakeholder engagement at senior levels, and delivery of ERP-driven improvements (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday) with strong communication and training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Change Manager in Finance Shared Services or Finance Transformation.
• Demonstrable experience delivering Finance Shared Services improvement programmes.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (Payment, P2P, O2C, R2R, management reporting).
• Experience supporting ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday).
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience developing communications, training, and organisational change strategies.
• Knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement across all levels of the organisation.
• Work on people, process, and organisational change aspects of finance transformation programmes.
• Support the implementation of shared service improvements, operating model changes, and process standardisation initiatives.
• Drive user adoption through effective communications, training, coaching, and readiness activities.
• Collaborate with programme managers, finance leaders, process owners, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of change objectives.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.
• Establish and track change adoption metrics, benefits realisation, and business outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement and the embedding of new ways of working.
