TipTopJob is seeking a Business Systems and Transformation Lead to own ERP (Syspro), data, automation and process improvement to support growth. You'll work across the business to identify inefficiencies and maximise the value we get from technology investments, with the ERP at the heart of the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Systems, ERP, or Transformation roles.
• Experience mapping and analysing business processes.
• Strong understanding of data, reporting and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the ERP platform and associated systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Review and map business processes across multiple functions.
• Increase utilisation of business systems and reduce manual workarounds.
• Support systems integration, automation and digital development.
• Develop reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with external technology providers and implementation partners.
• Build internal capability and adoption of business systems.
