Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to drive transformation initiatives across our Finance Shared Services function. You will lead change programmes, deliver stakeholder engagement, and enable sustainable improvements in finance processes.

The role requires deep finance process knowledge, ERP implementation experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics 365/Workday), and the ability to influence senior leadership across large-scale programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Change Manager.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, and management reporting.
• Experience with ERP implementations or finance transformation (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday).
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience developing communications and training strategies.
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent.
• Experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Background in Shared Services, GBS or Finance Transformation.
• Change Management certification.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex business change programmes, particularly within Finance Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Finance Transformation environments.

Required Experience

• Significant experience as a Business Change Manager
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including - Payment Processes, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), or management reporting.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience developing communications, training, and organisational change strategies.
• Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Shared Services, GBS, or Finance Transformation background.
• Change Management certification.
