MWH Treatment is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process design across major water and wastewater projects within our Southern Division. You will shape robust, buildable solutions that meet client requirements, regulatory standards and long-term performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in process design within water/wastewater or regulated environments.
• Understanding of water treatment principles, regulatory requirements and process performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design tasks and packages to technical standards, budgets and programmes.
• Develop process calculations, philosophies, layouts and design documentation for asset performance.
• Support optioneering, process selection, design development and decision-making across water/wastewater schemes.
• Review and assure process outputs within your area of authority.
• Coordinate design with mechanical, EICA, civil, digital and commissioning teams for integrated delivery.
• Identify risks, performance requirements and optimization opportunities.
• Mentor junior engineers, graduates and apprentices with process knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and suppliers.
