MWH Treatment is seeking a Senior Design Manager to strengthen its Southern Division. You will drive the design lifecycle for water and wastewater infrastructure, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring robust, buildable solutions that align with client needs and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration across design, construction and commissioning phases, while mentoring talent and promoting safety, sustainability and value for communities.

Qualifications

• Extensive multidisciplinary design-management experience across major projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety, CDM and design assurance requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and collaborate with clients, suppliers and construction teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering and design delivery from scope through handover.
• Ensure designs meet safety, quality, environmental and governance standards.
• Collaborate with designers, technical specialists and clients to achieve outcomes.
• Manage design plans, deliverables, risks, decisions and change control.
• Foster open communication, learning and continuous improvement.
