Job summary

Morson is seeking a Principal / Lead Process Engineer to join our client’s engineering team at a regional office with hybrid working. You’ll provide technical direction to discipline engineers in water or water recycling projects and support non-infrastructure schemes.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will drive design quality, perform hydraulic and mass-balance calculations, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with current legislation and CDM standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in wastewater process engineering or related field.
• Experience in wastewater process design on large-scale projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design of wastewater solutions and sewerage systems.
• Provide engineering calculations and data sheets.
• Oversee technical bid analyses and subcontract specifications.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure compliant, safe designs.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and standards.
