Job summary

Radiant is expanding its product team to own the experience and lifecycle of AI infrastructure clusters on Radiant’s platform. You will lead onboarding, validation, benchmarking, provisioning and automation in close partnership with infrastructure, SRE, networking, storage, platform engineering, operations and hardware teams.

This highly technical product role focuses on repeatable, measurable, and production-ready deployment at scale, driving improvement across the cluster lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience owning technical infrastructure or AI infrastructure products.
• Strong understanding of deploying and operating large-scale compute or GPU clusters.
• Fluency with compute, networking, storage, orchestration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for cluster onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Define end-to-end processes from installed hardware to production-ready clusters.
• Productise and automate discovery, provisioning, configuration, testing and benchmarking.
• Define readiness criteria across compute, GPUs, networking, storage, firmware and software.
• Collaborate with engineering to build tooling for deployment, validation, remediation, and ops.
• Define benchmarking frameworks for GPU performance and network/storage throughput.
• Provide visibility into cluster state, readiness, failures, and progress.
• Turn deployment friction into scalable platform capabilities and improvements.
• Drive prioritisation, requirements, adoption, and continuous improvement.
