Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Product Engineer to shape the core capabilities of our cloud platform. You will operate at the intersection of product, platform engineering and cloud infrastructure, translating complex requirements into scalable, reliable infrastructure products.

You’ll drive design across compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes and APIs, partner with product, SRE and security, and lead teams from prototype through production rollout to deliver developers-friendly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and automation.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, observability tools.
• Ability to translate product needs into technical solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of platform infrastructure capabilities, APIs, workflows, and developer tooling.
• Translate customer and business needs into technical product solutions.
• Build and prototype capabilities across compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, identity.
• Define patterns for APIs, automation, provisioning, lifecycle management, and service integration.
• Improve self-service, reliability, observability, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to validate solutions.
• Support product discovery through prototypes and proofs of concepts.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture and pragmatic trade-offs between speed, scalability and reliability.
• Take successful concepts from prototype through to production-quality services.
