Job summary

Radiant is building a vertically integrated AI platform that spans hardware, control planes and cloud-native software to enable scalable AI deployment with control over performance, cost and locality.

As an Engineering Manager you will lead one stream end to end—people, delivery and production—driving architecture choices, reliability and delivery speed while shaping how teams work together across product, infrastructure, SRE and security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in cloud platforms, infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Strong track record of delivering reliable platform capabilities at scale.
• Excellent collaboration with product, SRE, security and other engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead one stream end to end: people, delivery and production.
• Own team execution across planning, prioritisation, delivery, quality and operational readiness.
• Partner with product to turn priorities into clear technical plans and milestones.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, reliability, scalability and engineering trade-offs.
• Set engineering practices for design, testing, observability and incident learning.
• Improve team effectiveness through ownership, processes and cross-team collaboration.
• Hire, onboard and retain high-performing engineers; expect significant hiring activity in the first year.
• Support career development through feedback, coaching and progression planning.
• Manage technical risk and delivery challenges across complex platform initiatives.
• Bring AI-assisted engineering into daily work within guardrails.
