Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of a next-generation AI-native cloud platform. You will lead Kubernetes-driven deployments, manage hybrid multi-cloud environments, and guide security, observability, and automation across globally distributed systems.

You will mentor teams, define scalable infrastructure patterns, and collaborate with product and engineering leadership to align technical outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in infrastructure architecture and solution design.
• Experience with AI-native, HPC, and cloud-native environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and CNI/service mesh.
• Expertise in IaC with Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on coding in Go or Python for automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI-native infrastructure for scalable HPC workloads.
• Lead bare-metal provisioning and Unix/Linux optimization.
• Design high-performance storage and networking across multi-cloud environments.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters with CNIs and service meshes.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for global infrastructure delivery.
• Ensure security hardening and secret management across clusters.
