Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to drive architecture and implementation of a next‑gen AI‑native cloud platform. You will architect scalable, secure infra for AI/ML workloads across a globally distributed environment and lead delivery with a solution‑focused mindset.

You will specialise in Kubernetes, CNIs, IaC, and security hardening, mentoring teams and partnering with engineering leaders to align infra with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in infrastructure architecture and solution design.
• Experience evaluating and adopting new toolsets and technologies.
• Extensive expertise in large-scale global infra deployments, AI-native, HPC and cloud-native.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals, container networking, and service mesh.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and SDN solutions.
• IaC using Terraform and Ansible; automation frameworks.
• Hands-on coding experience in Go or Python.
• Solid observability and distributed tracing experience.
• Clear documentation of infrastructure designs, processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and implement AI-native infrastructure.
• Lead lifecycle management of bare-metal hardware and provisioning.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Design high-performance storage and networking for demanding workloads.
• Build observability pipelines and automation to reduce toil.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery and global operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide architectural leadership.
